Substitution and Pricing

Exact items as shown in the baskets are not always available due to supplier shortage, particularly during the busy Christmas holiday season. Abbeywood Baskets & Gifts reserves the right to substitute items with ones of equal or greater value if necessary. The general theme of the basket will be maintained and all items will be of high quality.

Returns and Replacement Policy

If there is a concern with your order, please contact us within 48 hours locally at 519-637-5793 or toll-free at 1-866-855-0762 or by email at yvonne(at)abbeywoodonline(dot)com . Keep all packing materials as well as all products from the gift basket until you have spoken to us. We will be happy to replace or refund product that arrives damaged or defective.

We reserve the right to request that unsatisfactory products be returned to us prior to replacement and we will provide return instructions when contacted.

Unopened gift baskets may be returned within 5 business days with an authorization arranged during the contact with us. Refunds will be for the purchase price (and applicable taxes). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs to return a basket will be the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.

For gifts returned to us because the recipient did not reply to delivery notices, refused the delivery or the address was incomplete/incorrect, we will be happy to refund the purchase price (and applicable taxes) to the credit card less the shipping cost. If you request that the parcel be re-shipped to the recipient, new shipping costs will be incurred.
