Orders are processed by completing your order via the shopping cart on the site. If you do not wish to use the shopping cart to complete your order, or if you have a question or concern, call us locally at 519-637-5793 or toll-free 1-866-855-0762 during our office hours 9 am - 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday and Saturdays 9 am - 4 pm.

We accept Visa, Mastercard & Amex. All pricing and payment is in Canadian  currency. For your convenience,  use this link to convert to the currency you are using: Currency Converter.  The corrected $ amount after exchange will be billed to your credit card.

For corporate orders, please complete an application to set up a corporate account. At this time credit card payment is the only option available. We will consider other payment terms once an order history has been established.

Delivery Information

If the basket destination is in the local (London-St.Thomas) area and the order is received by noon Monday through Thursday, it will be delivered the next day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. However, we always try to be as flexible as possible, so if you need something delivered ASAP, we will do our best to do so. Contact us by phone or email to inquire what options are available.

Weekend delivery can be accommodated and we are very willing to work with you to get your gift delivered as requested - additional weekend delivery charges will apply.

Large or custom orders may extend delivery times. This will need be discussed before the order is processed. If you have questions or concerns about delivery options, please call or email us.

Local delivery rates start at $8.00 and up + GST.

Orders requiring shipping by courier (ground/air) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Christmas/Holiday orders - please order as early as possible to ensure availability of products.

Please Note: We are not liable for delivery difficulties due to incorrect/incomplete addresses. We require a daytime address - delivery staff/couriers will make 2 attempts at delivery, leaving door notices before returning parcels. We do not accept delivery to post office boxes.
